For those of you who don't live in the awesome city Eindhoven. Stratumseind is only the biggest going-out-area in Eindhoven.
There are 3 species at Stratumseind:
The people who see and want to be seen.
You can devide these people in 2 groups. Group 1 will stand at the side of a bar, with a beer in their hands, checking out all the people (mostly men, checking out women). The other group drinks like crazy, and because of that, acts like crazy...
The people who honestly like it.
Although, I find this hard to believe, there are people who really enjoy going to overcrowded places that are way too small, with a lot of drunk people.
People who go there because 'you are suppose to'
Sadly, I'm one of those. Most of the time, that is not the way I roll, but just to get an opinion of the whole going-out-thingie (or so she says..) These people go out because everybody else does it. I probably won't ever go out again. At least, not like this.

I think Stratumseind can be fun, but certainly not on a saturday night. People, well actually they all are kids, are acting really stupid as far as I can see. You walk from bar to bar, just stand there, waiting for something to happen. Move on to another bar, together with hundred other people you don't know, who have WAY too many make-up on their little 14-year-old faces!
Maybe, this is not the way to go out. Maybe, there's a way cooler type of going out. If so, please take me out that way!

Juust, je moet dus een keer met mij/ons mee op stap :D En dan niet alleen Eindhoven proberen, maar ook Nijmegen, Mestreech, Utrecht, Groningen en evt zelfs Randsteden. En niet te missen natuurlijk: Venloooo! Daar ga ik uit en eigenlijk alleen om twee redenen:

2) drankje drinken, dansje doen en gewoon lol hebben :)
juistem, daarom dus, gewoon nog een keer proberen en niet meteen de hoop opgeven.

Sowieso op een studentenavond gaan, niet op zaterdag. Gewoon lekker op donderdag naar Utrecht, barst van de mensen en al die veertienjarigen liggen op één oor vanwege een Frans SO die ze de dag erna hebben. Ideaal dus.
